New York State Council of African Violet Judges

Mission - The NYS Council of African Violet Judges meets at the Convention and Spring Meeting of the New York State African Violet Society. We use this opportunity
- 1.) to coordinate affiliate shows to make sure judges are available for the shows
- 2.) to review the changes to rules of judging discussed at the previous National Convention of AVSA
- 3.) to have a workshop to improve judging skills
- 4.) to conduct necessary business (collect dues, approve expenditures, conduct elections.)
- 5.) to plan judging schools at the next convention if necessary
Persons who are not judges are invited to attend and are encouraged to take the next available judging school
